BOGO is a promotion run by doTERRA every 3-4 months. It is unknown when doTERRA will throw us a BOGO week but the excitement levels always run high when we know they’re coming!

What is BOGO?
BOGO is an abbreviation of Buy One Get One Free. It is a limited time offer where you purchase a selected product and receive a nominated product for free. These offers are available while stocks last.
When does BOGO start?
Each day for 5 days there will be a new BOGO offer announced at 7am AEDT on our social media, Virtual Office and via email and at 9am AEDT on our website. Each BOGO offer will begin at 7AM AEDT and will be available until 11.59PM AEDT or while stocks last.
Is there a BOGO order limit?
Yes, there is a limit of 5 per account, per day.
Can I combine my shipping if I order both BOGO offers?
No. You will need to process each order individually and will need to pay for shipping separately.
How can I purchase a BOGO offer?
Purchasing on a standard order:
- Log in to online account http://www.mydoterra.com and select the “Shop” tab.
- Select the appropriate promotional product for the day.
- Finish by clicking “Proceed to Checkout.”
- The free oil will automatically be added to your cart!
Purchasing on a loyalty rewards order:
- Log in to online account http://www.mydoterra.com and click on your LRP template.
- Search for the special that day. Add item to your cart.
- Finish shopping, select “Review and Process Today”, and then continue to the Review Order page. The free oil will automatically be added to your cart. You will not be able to save the day’s special to your template – it must be processed now.
- Select “Process Now”.
To confirm that your order has been submitted, click “View or Track orders” in your Dashboard Tab. This could take up to 20 minutes to appear. If not, please call Member Services.
How can I check if my BOGO order has been processed?
Depending on the volume of people ordering, you may receive a message saying “Thank you, we have received your order and it is being processed”. This message could be on your screen for at least 5 minutes. Do not keep clicking submit or you may create duplicate orders. To confirm that your order has been submitted, click “View or Track orders” in your Dashboard Tab. This could take 20 minutes to appear. If this status does not occur, please contact Member Services.
Can I combine BOGO offers over multiple days on LRP?
No, you must process the BOGO offer each day. You cannot combine BOGO offers over multiple days on an LRP Template.
Can I use my LRP points to purchase BOGO offers?
You cannot use LRP points to purchase BOGO offers. Any time we have an LTO (Limited Time Offer), these are unable to be purchased using points.
BOGO order tips!
- BOGO orders must be completed through your web-based online account. If you have an app that you use to access the cart on iphone/android, please be aware these will not work for BOGO week.
- Be prepared for a queue to get into Virtual Office, there is a Virtual queue to keep the system stable.
- Do not login before BOGO goes live. If you do, you will not be able to view the promotions.
- Do not add oils/ products to carts before BOGO begins as the daily BOGO offered will not be triggered.
