Your favourite time of year has rolled around again and this time, doTERRA is changing things up! It’s going to be BIGGER and BETTER than ever before, brace yourself for BOGO Flash!

The information below is unfortunately only for the Australian/NZ market, however, doTERRA provides amazing BOGOs for all worldwide markets so make sure to tune into your local doTERRA Facebook page/website to stay up to date.

What is BOGO Flash and how does it work?

For the first time ever, you can combine multiple BOGO offers into one order. There will be 2 rounds of BOGO offers, spread across 2 weeks. Each round runs for 72 hours or while stocks last.

  • Round One – Starting on Tuesday 19th November (at 9am AEDT, 11am NZDT) we will release 3 BOGO Flash offers which will run for 72 hours (until 8.59am AEDT, 10.59am NZDT Friday 22nd November or while stocks last)
  • Round Two – Commencing on Tuesday 26th November (at 9am AEDT, 11am NZDT) we will release another 3 BOGO Flash Offers which will run for 72 hours (until 8.59am AEDT, 10.59am NZDT Friday 29th November or while stocks last)

You will have 72 hours to purchase one, two or all three of the BOGO Flash offers for that round!

Some important BOGO must-knows:

  • Offers from Round One cannot be purchased in Round Two.
  • Order one, two or three BOGO Flash offers in one order (up to 5 of each offer) or you can submit separate orders (up to a maximum of 5 per offer) during the 72-hour window.
  • You can purchase the BOGO Flash deal by logging into your back office and adding the product to your cart. If you are a new customer see here for ordering information.
  • The free oil(s) will be added to your cart once your order has been processed.
  • You can purchase your BOGO Flash on a standard or a Loyalty Rewards order, however you will need to select ‘process now’ on the Loyalty Rewards order.
  • You cannot use points to purchase the BOGO Flash Offers.

WHEN WILL I FIND OUT WHAT THE BOGO FLASH OFFERS ARE?

All three BOGO Flash offers will be announced at 9am AEDT & 11am NZDT on the doTERRA Australia & New Zealand Social Media Channels, Website and via Email at the start of each round. See times and dates above.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A BOGO FLASH OFFER?

If you are not currently a doTERRA wholesale customer, you can get set up HERE and add the relevant BOGO offers to your first order. All existing customers, see instructions below.

Purchasing on a standard order:

  1. Log in to online account http://www.mydoterra.com and select the “Shop”  tab.
  2. Select the appropriate promotional product for the day.
  3. Finish by clicking “Proceed to Checkout.”
  4. The free oil will automatically be added to your cart!

Purchasing on a loyalty rewards order:

  1. Log in to online account http://www.mydoterra.com and click on your LRP template.
  2. Search for the special that day. Add item to your cart.
  3. Finish shopping, select “Review and Process Today”, and then continue to the Review Order page. The free oil will automatically be added to your cart. You will not be able to save the day’s special to your template – it must be processed now.
  4. Select “Process Now”.

To confirm that your order has been submitted, click “View or Track orders” in your Dashboard Tab. This could take up to 20 minutes to appear. If not, please call Member Services.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY BOGO FLASH ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Depending on the volume of people ordering, you may receive a message saying “Thank you, we have received your order and it is being processed”. This message could be on your screen for at least 5 minutes. Do not keep clicking submit or you may create duplicate orders. To confirm that your order has been submitted, click “Order & Package Tracking” in your Dashboard Tab. This could take 20 minutes to appear. If this status does not occur, please contact Member Services.

IS THERE A BOGO FLASH ORDER LIMIT?

Yes, there is a limit of 5 of each offer per account. There will be three offers released on the one day and you can purchase up to 5 of each of the three offers in the one order. (Order all 3 BOGO Flash offers in one order (up to 5 of each offer) during the 72-hour window.)

WILL I BE ABLE TO COMBINE BOGO FLASH OFFERS FROM ROUND ONE AND ROUND TWO INTO ONE ORDER?

No, BOGO Flash offers from both promotional rounds (weeks) cannot be combined into one order. During each promotional BOGO Flash round, you will only be able to purchase the three available BOGO Flash offers.

DO THE BOGO FLASH ORDERS QUALIFY TO EARN LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM (LRP) POINTS?

Yes, points are earned following the regular rules and guidelines. Loyalty Rewards Program orders that are processed with 50 PV or more will receive points based off of the Wellness Advocate’s current percentage. Points will be based on the PV of the item you are purchasing. Example: If the BOGO Flash Offer was ‘Buy 1 Lemon, Get 1 Lavender Free’, you would receive LRP points for the Lemon PV. LRP orders processed with less than 50 PV will not earn LRP Points.

CAN I PAY FOR A BOGO FLASH ORDER WITH LRP PRODUCT POINTS?

No, you cannot pay for a BOGO Flash offer with product points.

CAN I USE MY AR BALANCE TO PAY FOR A BOGO FLASH ORDER?

Yes, you can use your AR Balance, however, you cannot use LRP points.

CAN BOGO FLASH ORDERS BE DONE THROUGH WILL CALL?

Yes, you can process your BOGO order and collect it from Will Call. You will need to select Will Call under shipping options.
