Love this place. The view, the comfy bed, the amazing buffet breakfast. What is not to love? We will definitely be back.
My gal pals and I had a fabulous night out recently for my hens night. These are a few shots from a side shoot we squeezed in over the weekend.
I’ve said it before, but nothing makes me happier than drenching my tastebuds with delicious food. I recently spent a morning exploring the markets in Sydney’s historic precinct, ‘The Rocks’. The food is fresh, flavoursome and just overall scrumptious. Continue reading “The Rocks”
Too often I take for granted the beautiful city that I live in. What better backdrop would you want for a sunny Winter’s day? Continue reading “L’Opera”
Yes yes yes!! This was just ALL good! After being voted best burgers in Sydney, I can now, safely say, I know what all the hype is about.
Everytime I have had the chance to visit this amazing burger bar, it has been overflowing with people wanting their own little taste of heaven. There’s a burger for everyone, from the veggies to the carnivores. The best part about it all is that all the burgers are $10. Win!
I had the pleasure of attending a very exciting event last week for the new EcoSport by Ford Australia.
It was a night of surprise adventures and fun activities. Starting at the Grounds at Alexandria (see previous post on The Grounds here) we were then directed to Adora Healthy Living in Potts Point, then onto Hibernian House, and finally finishing up at The Rook in Sydney CBD..
The first thing I noticed when I entered The Grounds was the endless photo opportunities. The place was abuzz with people, food, music and gardens. On the particular day I chose to go, there was an amazing market outside. Let’s just say, if I hadn’t of taken my camera I would have been extremely disappointed.
We had an amazing time visiting last Saturday. It was such a beautiful day and our bellies were satisfied with delicious food! I had the Grounds Burger (as featured in the shots below) which reminded me of a typical American cheeseburger on a brioche bun. #yum
I try to get down to Sydney as often as I can, however, yesterday was the first in a while due to being so busy at work. It was honestly like a breath of fresh air! So many beautiful people around, amazing places to eat on every corner and things buzzing til late on a ‘school night’.
Made the most of some meetings in Paddington to see the sights around time. It was definitely a good excuse. It just made me realise how much I need to come down more often – given it’s only 45 minutes down the road!
